    Thanks for affirming this practice. Today I will be taking myself to a soul collage class. That is the one of the best experiences of self-care that I can give myself…art and exploring images and making meaning out of what emerges. It is a way of listening to my life as it is now.

  3. Self care really gets no notice in our field and our society. We get positive strokes for success, money, status etc. but no one notices our self-care efforts of successes unless we lose a lot of weight!

    What do you suggest we do to reward ourselves for self-care, or is it just intrinsically satisfying by itself?
